Current Expanded Learning Time Schools

In September 2006, ten existing public schools across five districts in Massachusetts opened their doors with a redesigned and expanded school schedule, adding 300 hours to their school year. Currently, there are 26 schools in 12 districts serving 13,500 students in this first-in-the-nation statewide initiative.
