Email Sarah Gallagher

Sarah Gallagher is a Program Associate at Massachusetts 2020. Through this role, Sarah assists the Expanded Learning Time Program Director in supporting ELT schools across the state of Massachusetts. Sarah also assists in developing and preparing interested districts for adopting ELT in their schools. 

Prior to joining the team at Massachusetts 2020, Sarah spent several years working for U.S. Senator Joe Biden and Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden. Sarah served in various roles for Senator Biden including Legislative Correspondent in his Washington D.C. office and as Constituent Advocate and Projects Associate in his district office. Following her work in the Delaware office, Sarah joined Beau Biden’s statewide campaign for Delaware Attorney General and after a successful race, Sarah worked on Senator Biden’s presidential campaign. She served in many roles on the campaign, both in the Delaware headquarters and in Iowa where she ran the northwest regional office.

Sarah is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, MA with a B.A. in International Relations. She is a native of Wilmington, Delaware and recently moved to Charlestown, Massachusetts.
