Colleen Beaudoin serves as Program Director to Massachusetts 2020. Currently she is working with three turnaround schools implementing expanded learning time. Support includes weekly onsite consultation with the school’s leadership team, implementation with all aspects of the schools’ redesign plan, and monitoring progress towards student achievement goals and overall school improvement targets.
Prior to joining Massachusetts 2020, Colleen served as Principal in the Chelmsford Public Schools. Colleen led her school to be recognized as a “Commendation School” in the state of Massachusetts for high student growth in achievement. She has over twenty years of experience in public education as curriculum coordinator, principal, assistant principal and teacher.
Colleen is a Doctoral Candidate at Boston College, a holds a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Massachusetts and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts. Colleen and her family reside in Lexington.
